"Alleluia for All that Is" is a Saturday morning discussion group based on the book by that title written by Joan Chittester and Rowan Williams. We meet at Pastor Cheryl's house. Email Cheryl for directions. Our schedule is as follows:

The Global Goods Store is open two Saturdays in February - February 5th and 12th for your Valentine's shopping! Come purchase chocolate and other special Valentine gifts. Hours are 10 - 5:00 p.m.
The Eroica Ensemble (Michael Gilbert, conductor) will present a free concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening, February 6th in the First Congregational sanctuary.
Pastor Sonia Walker is honored by Memphis Theological Seminary at the Henry Starks Award Dinner at the Memphis Hilton on Thursday, February 17th. Rev. Walker has been named one of the "Outstanding Alumnae" of MTS! Contact the seminary for information about tickets.
The First Congo Peace Fellowship meets Sunday evening, February 20th from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Mary Phillips, First Congo member and organizer of the Urban Garden in Binhamton will be our discussion leader. We'll talk about ways to support local food growers. Email Pastor Cheryl.
The next Food for Families distribution is Sunday, February 27th. We'll need volunteers to help set up food when it arrives from the truck, and folks to help before and following worship with the grocery distribution.
Come worship with us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m.! If you want to come early, you can join folks at Cafe Congo for coffee at 10:00.
Childcare is available Sunday mornings from 9:00 - noon.
Sunday School for children (grades 1 - 6) takes place immediately before worship, from 9:45 to 10:15 a.m. Contact Julia Hicks for more information.
Youth Group (for folks from grades 7 - 12) meets immediately following worship for lunch, discussion and activities. Email Julia Hicks for more information.
The Cooper-Young Conference Center offers great meeting space with an accessible entrance, AV equipment for presentations and a beautiful environment. Contact Julia Hicks for more information or go to the Pilgrim House website for more information.
The Loaves and Fishes Closet is a ministry to folks who need some help with food and clothing. Come Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. If you'd like to pray with someone about a special concern, Pastor Sonia is available and would be glad to meet with you.
