You might expect fireworks. You might expect parades and fanfare and celebrations. That’s not what happened on Easter, though. Jesus did not come back with the grandeur of a modern-day celebrity. Jesus came back in the very same way that he lived – quietly, humbly, and with a whole lot of subtle wisdom.
