We’ve all got ‘em. In one way or another, each of us has some kind of system for organizing the world. We’ve got categories for this and mental files for that. We’ve got rules for how to deal with this and norms for what to do about that. This Sunday we look at stories of systems breaking down, and we consider what role love plays in such moments. As we move deeper into Lent, we’ll explore the Pharisees, restored vision, and late-in-life romance, all in the effort to see how God shows up when systems fall apart.
