It Starts Without You | March 1, 2026

Forgiveness is talked about a lot in the Bible. Jesus says to do it "seventy times seven times," which, in an age without calculators, can be interpreted as "without limit." We all know that forgiving others can be a challenge, all unto itself. What about, though, forgiving yourself? Join us this Sunday as we continue in our Lenten worship series exploring the Ghanaian concept of sankofa, this idea of "moving forward while looking back." We'll revisit the story of Jacob's struggle at the river and consider what he finds after he crosses it.
