Sometimes it can feel like life is nothing more than a series of struggles with a few moments of rest or pleasure or joy sprinkled here and there. We entertain and inspire each other with stories of villains bested and adversities conquered. And then, sometimes, we live out stories of failure, defeat, and aimlessness.
