It's time. There's no denying it any longer, no more walking into a store and crying, "They've put up Christmas stuff, already?" In the words of Charlie Brown and the gang, "Christmas time is here." And so, now what? Will we do what some of us have been trained to do? Will we do what our culture so often encourages us to do, and rush onward to it? Or, will we slow down and see what blessings we might discover in the waiting for it? This Sunday, as we begin the Season of Advent, we come together to reflect on what it means to wait in wonder, trusting that God is on Her way to us, always and all ways.
